Recipe from the Black Countess of the Salad with Legumes Ingredients100 g canned white Spanish beans450 g frozen beans2 onions 2 tomatoes1 garlic clove1 sprig of parsley1 lemon3 mint leaves (optional)oil, salt, pepper Preparation Drain the beans from the preserving water. Boil the green beans in boiling salted water. Cut the onions into slices and reduce the tomatoes to segments. In a bowl, put the lemon, the crushed clove of garlic, a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground pepper and the oil, put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley and mint. Season with the sauce prepared after removing the garlic, stir and serve.
