 Recipe from the Black Countess of Cocktkail with Kiwi Ingredients500 g kiwi 600 g fresh pineapple8 cocktail cherries1/4 grapefruit2 tablespoons grated dried coconut Preparation Peel the kiwi and pineapple, cut them into small pieces and centrifuge them to extract the juice. Pour the dried coconut onto a saucer, moisten the edge of 4 glasses and place them on top of the coconut so that it adheres well, then fill them with the juice of the fruit, remove the peel from the quarter of the grapefruit, remove the segments and remove the white film that covers them and any seeds. put on sticks the segments of the grapefruit alternating with cherries and a few slices of kiwi as desired. place the decoration on the glasses and serve. | ||
